Wat een mooi keramiek gemaakt door Nathalie Lahdenmäki! Mat met glans, rond en rechte lijnen en toch met elkaar een schiterend geheel.

I stumbled asocrs this via a post on the fabulous widely read John Hagel's Facebook page, and with serendipitous discovery one of his key themes of edge-thinking in his own book Power of Pull - all I can say is thank you both John and Marvin for aiding my discovery of Barbara's work. I am going to try and track her down to lure her to AMPLIFY Innovation & Thought Leadership Festival in Sydney, Australia from 6-10 June. The messages of architecture hold true even at a micro-level- many large corporations struggle to innovate due to legacy architecture which is very costly to overhaul, and having models for managing complexity is very important in future-proofing our organisations.
